Each individual may hold only one registered account on WinPKR14. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and email address. WinPKR14 is entitled to request documentary verification of any information provided, particularly in connection with withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

To create a WinPKR14 account, you must complete the registration form with your personal details and agree to these Terms. A verification email or SMS will be sent to confirm your contact information. Your account is not fully active until this verification step is completed.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage: a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence; a bank statement or mobile wallet statement showing recent transactions; and proof of address. WinPKR14 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is complete. This process protects both the player and the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. WinPKR14 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately. All activity conducted through your account credentials is your responsibility until you notify us of any unauthorised access.

WinPKR14 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees at any stage of a WinPKR14 transaction.

WinPKR14 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Any attempt to reverse, charge back or dispute a legitimate deposit is considered fraudulent and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities. If you believe a transaction on your account was made without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

New WinPKR14 players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. This bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address and per device. WinPKR14 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All bonus funds awarded by WinPKR14 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 150,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. WinPKR14 provides live casino games (including Teen Patti, Baccarat and Roulette), card games, PSL Betting and Football Betting. Game availability may vary based on your location, account status or the time of day. WinPKR14 reserves the right to remove, modify or temporarily suspend any game without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including a disconnection during a live game or a software error that produces an erroneous result — WinPKR14 will review the incident and apply the fairest possible resolution. For live games, the dealer's result at the time of the interruption is generally treated as the official result. WinPKR14 does not accept liability for any losses resulting from technical disruptions caused by your internet connection, device, or browser.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the WinPKR14 platform that the bet has been accepted. Bets that are not confirmed due to connection interruption or system error are treated as void. All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed except at WinPKR14's sole discretion.
For PSL Betting and Football Betting, all bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and competition in question. Match results used for settlement are those confirmed by the relevant official governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to WinPKR14's sports betting void rules as published in the sports betting section of the platform.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on WinPKR14 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

WinPKR14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any activity that WinPKR14 considers a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
You may request to close your WinPKR14 account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account holds a positive cash balance (not bonus balance) at the time of closure, you may request a withdrawal of that amount subject to the standard withdrawal process and any outstanding wagering requirements. WinPKR14 may retain account records for a period required by applicable regulations even after an account is closed.
Players who wish to exclude themselves for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from one week to a permanent exclusion.
