Before cards are dealt, every player places the minimum boot amount into the pot. This is your entry fee for the round and forms the starting pot.
The dealer distributes three cards to each player. You can choose to look at them (Seen) or leave them face down (Blind) — this choice affects your betting rules.
Starting from the player left of the dealer, each player chooses to Call (match the current stake), Raise (increase it) or Fold (exit this round, losing their contribution to the pot).
When only two players remain, either player can request a Showdown. Cards are revealed and the highest-ranked hand wins the entire pot.
A Blind player has not looked at their cards. They bet half the amount a Seen player would in the same position. This means a Blind player can apply pressure at a lower cost — but with no knowledge of their hand strength.
Once you look at your cards, you become Seen. You must bet at least twice what the current Blind player is betting. Looking at your cards gives you information but costs you more to stay in the round.
The Blind vs Seen dynamic is what gives Teen Patti much of its psychological depth. A Blind player can bluff effectively without any knowledge, while a Seen player with a strong hand must communicate confidence without giving away too much.

In Muflis, the entire hand ranking table is inverted. The lowest hand in Classic Teen Patti (High Card) becomes the best hand in Muflis. Trail of 2-2-2 beats Trail of A-A-A. Everything you know gets flipped.
